[RESOLVED] Can't create any ODBC tracing logs

I may not have permissions, I modified missing registry keys that were missing.
So far nothing works.
ODBC manager not allowing me to do some things even though I run as administrator.

Which tells me I dont have the ability to create a log as some videos show people clicking those option and it working
